Logicon Invest Magyarország Kft. was incorporated in 2006 in order to implement a modern logistics center capable of rendering full services to satisfy the incremental logitistic and warehousing demands of both Hungarian medium and large companies as well as multinational commercial and machinery and automative parts manufacturing companies that plan to settle primarily in the North Hungarian region which has been less settled by similar businesses.
Since its year of incorporation (2006), the company has been progressing, and today its composed of eight, totally separable shop floors, hence rendering services to the largest automotive supplying company that operates in the county center.
In addition to warehousing, the industrial packaging cleaning service considered to be the only one in the region was launched on the business site of Felsőzsolca. The company’s business objective is to satisfy incremental customer demands fully.
In order to do so, further development projects were started in 2007 as a result of which brand new machinery, customized cleaning processes and customized systems will contribute to opening new horizons in the field of industrial packaging cleaning.

Development and Investment Plans
Incremental interest in our business operation and the contant and dynamic increase of our service performance support our professional investment concepts. In order to implement these, the business site in Felsőzsolca is very beneficial in view of access, because it is located in front of the industrial park of Felsőzsolca along with the four-lane Route 37 nearby the site of the industrial, commercial and traffic center to be built in the city of Miskolc around 1 km away from the exit road of Highway M30.
By ensuring the infrastructural conditions of modern warehousing (leveled concrete floor, high interior height, warehouse racking and shelving system that allows optimal use of the available room, even through narrow passages or flexi lift truck routes, state-of-the-art electric lifting devices of high capacity, on line, real time stock recording and data service system, recessed loading bays, 24/7 service availability, just in time, just in sequence manufacturing assistance service, kan-ban systemized mobilization of the commodities) and a variable and sectorized warehousing capacity of ~6,000 m2, our new business site is capable of rendering a comprehensive logistics service of extraordinary high standard to its clientele, including the handling of industrial packaging, sorting, labeling and marking, cargo packing, and preparatory manufacturing assistance.
There is incremental interest in warehousing and warehouse services, so a diversified side of the clientele can be set. In addition, commercial and service potentials provided by the access road from and to Route 37 together with the building sectors will be available. An extra expansion of the shop floors up to 5,000-10,000m2 on the site by adding more plots available, a regional logistics center can be implemented. The strategic objective of the business is to implement a complex logistics service center of the most beneficial features in the region that would be able to meet the highest professional expectations within the framework of a partnership to be set in cooperation with a multinational investor or as part of such a partnership.
External Factors
As a result of the European integration of the Hungarian economy, logistics services and related infrastructural developments have been of high priority as for domestic business policy that attributes utmost importance to regional and local logistics and warehousing capacities in addition to service potentials in Budapest. In order to carry out these national domestic economical objectives, a professionally well defined circle has the access to financial sources provided both domestically and by the European Union.
These, based on their complexity and strict professional terms and conditions, provide significant sources to the implementation of viable investments justified by professional and market reasons. As a result of the geographical and geopolitical location of Hungary and of the active infrastructural development of the central public road and railway systems, governmental and legislative regulations will expectedly support the operation and development of businesses engaged in logistics and warehousing in the future, because of the role of the national transportation system in Europe and of the constant increase of demands for services by multinational manufacturing and commercial capacities
